Yes, it has expiration. Winners should claim their prize within 60 days upon receipt of the notification otherwise unclaimed prizes will be considered forfeited.

Winners can claim their prize during business hours. Please see our Shops Location page for details on business hours. Yes, we are open on sat and Sun.

I don’t normally check my email and my Wi-tribe account on a regular basis, will you post the winner on Wi-tribe’s homepage?
Yes, monthly winners will also be notified via registered mail and through their mobile or landline phone and via email. Names of the winners will also be posted on wi-tribe’s official website www.wi-tribe.ph and Facebook fanpage (wi-tribeph).

I’m a new customer and I initially took advantage of Plan PHP 598 – 24 months, I then decided to upgrade my service to Plan PHP 998 – 24 months – am I still qualified for the promotion?
As long as subscription was during the promo period, even upgrade on NEW Subscribers are considered.

I have all the other requirements with me but I lost my promo ticket? Can I still claim the prize? Don’t you have my records on file in regard to my activation, should it not suffice?

I’m a new customer under Plan Php 598-24 months, and upgraded by Plan to 998. What if I win the 3 months cashback how much would be my cashback?
For 3 months cashback winner, total of paid MSF for the 1^st 3months of subscription will be the cashback paid.

Ex. 1^st month = Php 598, 2^nd Month=Php 998, 3^rd Month = Php 998

Total 3 months CashBack= 1^st Month + 2^nd Month + 3^rd Month payout to wi-tribe
