MECHANICS:

•  Open to  ALL wi-tribe Postpaid Consumer Subscribers with NO Dues by February 29,2012

•  Accounts with Zero/No Dues earns 1 Electronic Raffle Entry per  Account

Example. 1  Account Number w/ No Dues = 1 Raffle Entry

•  Payments must be done via wi-tribe Shops and other Payment Channels

•  Subscriber must be at least 18 years old

•  Account must be active and current status with no past due balance at the time of the draw

•  Raffle winners will be drawn electronically in the presence of a DTI representative and a wi-tribe Marketing and CEM   representative. Cut-off  is on February 29, 2012

•  Prizes are not convertible to cash and are not transferable

•  Winners will be informed via registered mail and through their mobile, landline and e-mail address provided to wi-tribe   during the time of their subscription. Winners will also be posted on wi-tribe’s official website www.wi-tribe.ph

•  Raffle Draw will be held at wi-tribe Telecoms,Inc. Office, Technology Center Building, 2298 Chino Roces Ave.   Extension, Makati City.

•  Prizes for the Raffle Draw may be claimed within 60 working days from date of notification at wi-tribe Telecoms,Inc.   Office, Technology Center Building, 2298 Chino Roces Ave. Extension, Makati City.

•  To claim their prizes, the winners must present two valid identification cards (Government issued I.D.’s ex. SSS,   Driver’s License, Passport etc.)

•  If an authorized representative will claim the prize, a Letter of Authorization is required and presenting  2 original  valid   I.D.’s of the winner (Original I.D. must be presented, photocopying of I.D.s will be done by wi-tribe afterwards) and the   authorized representative’s 2 Valid I.D.s

•  Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited in favor of wi-tribe Telecoms,Inc. after 60 days from the receipt of notification.

•  All employees of wi-tribe Telecoms,Inc., San Miguel Corporation and their relatives up to the second degree of   consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from the raffle promotion.
